Welcome to Hot Yoga of Kirkland!

The room is heated and because it’s hot and you’re working hard, you may feel dizzy, lightheaded or even nauseous. Don’t worry, this is normal! If you feel overwhelmed don’t leave the room, just lie down on your mat and let it pass. It will take a few classes to get used to being in the heat, don’t give up, it’s a process. You’ll soon discover the heat is a powerful tool to open and detoxify your body.

  • New students MUST arrive a minimum of 25 minutes prior to their 1st class.

  • For every class you will need: a mat, one large towel, and a bottle of water.

  • Please come to class on time, as we do not allow late arrivals or early dismissals.

  • Come well hydrated and on an empty stomach. We recommend not eating at least two hours prior to class.

  • Please leave belongings in the changing rooms and leave shoes on the shelf in the lobby, in the changing room, or under the bench.

  • Please bring an extra towel to clean your area after class and a plastic bag for wet towels. If you tend to sweat a lot, place your plastic bag under your yoga mat for use after class.
