Most traditional forms of yoga only burn a modest 200 calories or so per hour.  Before you drop-kick your mat in disgust, consider intensifying your workout to lose those last few pounds.  Mix in some cardio sessions or try a more difficult class.  Below are caloric breakdowns for various type of yoga.  All estimates are based on a 140 pound (but soon to be 135 pound) woman.
